Planning an event can be difficult but we are here for you to make it as seamless as possible. Here are some of our most commonly asked questions, but feel free to reach out with any more thoughts or concerns you may have. Let’s chat! 

We are considered a ‘dry hire’ bar and  unfortunately current legalities do not allow us to purchase the liquor for your event,  but do not fret, we make this process as easy as possible by providing a list of everything you need, and work with a partner so that you can easily purchase everything in advance, then we pick it up and deliver it with our traveling bar! Easy peasy. This also saves you from additional high costs and that makes us happy.

Of course! Hydration is key, and we are happy to serve any type of drink to your guests, from frilly mocktails to a traditional cup of sweet tea and everything in between. We are happy to help curate a specialty menu of drinks sans alcohol.

We are located in beautiful Truckee, California, just a hop away from Lake Tahoe and Reno.  We pour and service free of charge to locations within 35 miles from Truckee with no additional travel cost. We are happy to travel further with a travel fee. 

We need enough room to pull in and park, and a flat surface for the mobile bar to be placed. We ask to have access to two standard outlets or we can utilize a generator (at an additional cost) but it will make noise and some feel that is not appeasing. If you are hosting at a venue, please ask what their rules are for a mobile bar, especially if renting the Cargo Bar as it is removed from the trailer and placed on the ground directly. 

If any permits are required or needed at the venue, it is up to our clients to provide them.

We sure are! We carry General Event Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance, as well as having our Bartenders in compliance with ABC. We do recommend for all clients to also have Event Insurance for themselves, although it is not mandatory for us to participate at your event.

We prefer it but not necessary. We do have a water tank and pump, but do need to be notified at the time of booking so we can arrange the delivery, there is no additional charge.

 Our bartenders do their best to match the style of the event. If none, we will dress conservatively and appropriately.

Yes, please do! There is plenty of blank and open space to allow for flowers, banners and more. Decorations must not damage the trailer or paint in any way, cannot utilize fire, and do not use nails or glue.
